This module, Foundations of Constellation Work, is the cornerstone of this training. Everything builds on what you learn here.
It is a required module for both Family Constellation and Shamanic Constellation certification. You may take this module multiple times to deepen your understanding.
Here, you learn the essentials of facilitating Family Constellation work, from conducting the intake to closing the constellation and following up with your client.
Conducting The Intake
During the intake, you will gather critical information: Where is your client struggling now? What is their problem or issue, and how does it manifest in their life? Equally important, what does a successful outcome look like for them? How will their life change if the constellation touches their soul?
You’ll also assess the client’s level of trauma and the support they have. Was their childhood filled with trauma and pain? If so, and they lack sufficient support, you’ll adjust the constellation accordingly.
The information you glean from the intake also guides which representatives to start with, based on the client’s issue, desired outcome, and available support. For example, if the issue is unexpressed grief and the client mentions their mother never cries, I might begin with representatives for the client, their mother, and unexpressed grief. Starting small is effective, allowing you to add representatives like the father or others as needed.
Private intakes last 35–45 minutes, providing deeper insight into family history, parental dynamics, major family traumas, and childhood experiences.
Exploring Your Family Tree
In this Foundations Module, you’ll explore your own family tree in detail, creating and presenting a genogram to the group. More details on this will be provided during the module.
You’ll also begin working in the field, practicing moving representatives, using statements, and determining additional representatives needed. Over this 5-day weekend, you’ll gain hands-on experience.
Since we’re working online, we’ll emphasize soul, healing & truth statements, which are easier to use in this format than movements, though movements remain important.
When Is The Constellation Finished
We’ll also cover how to close a constellation. If the process is going well for the client, how do you wrap it up? If the client is in an emotional or challenging space, how do you handle it? There are techniques for both scenarios.
Attunement To The Field
You’ll learn to attune to the Field, staying connected to four levels simultaneously: the group, your client, the Field, and your intuition. Developing this ability is an art form that requires energetic practice.

You’ll set up constellations with “yourself” and “intuition” to identify any blocks, and “yourself” and “vulnerability” to explore your comfort with being vulnerable in a group. Student trainees will receive multiple constellations from me, addressing themes like intuition, presence, and facilitation blocks.
Support Team members will gain healing and insights through small group exercises and discussions. Some may receive full practice constellations if advanced students are present, though not everyone will.
Expect energetic shifts, soul-level insights, and deep connection. Trainees will begin facilitating small constellations and practicing intakes with participants. Some will receive healing through constellations I will lead, focused on the weekend’s themes.
Everyone—Support Team and trainees—will leave with healing, insight, wisdom, and guidance.
This module, offered every few months, is critical for new facilitators, so don’t worry if you miss this session.

Training investment
There are two roles at this training module: Student and Support Team.
Students are dedicated to deepening their understanding of Constellation work through embodied learning. They focus on connecting with the Field and facilitating Constellations from this intuitive space. Hands-on practice is central to their experience.
Students will:
– Participate in all exercises
– Present their family trees (genograms)
– Receive Constellations from the facilitator
– Facilitate small Constellations for the Support Team
Support Team members fully engage in the training, participating in group discussions, representations, and small group exercises. They gain the same knowledge as Students, except for hands-on facilitation practice. They will receive mini Constellations facilitated by Students.
Support Team members are typically passionate about Constellation work and seek its healing and wisdom without intending to facilitate. However, they can later choose to pursue certification by applying their attendance toward it. Additional costs and hands-on practice will be required for certification. Contact me with questions.
